Conference Registration and Fees

All You Need to Register

Registration is required to attend any of the conference activities. Once registered, delegates will be given identification badges. Delegates must wear these badges at all times to gain access to all activities. All participants have to pay a registration fee as specified in the table below.

Note: The classification of countries is based on the current World Bank’s country classification by income level

What the Fee Covers?

The conference fee paid covers conference entry for all conference activities, identification badge, a participant’s pack, welcome reception, conference dinner and cultural event, lunches and refreshments during the Conference.

Please be aware, that the conference fee does not include accommodation. However, the sponsored participant will be provided accommodation for three nights only. All other expenses in the hotel such as mini bar, telephone, laundry, late check-out, extra nights etc. are at the cost of the participants. Non-sponsored participants are free to arrange their own accommodation and pay the cost of their lodging and other related costs.

Accompanying Guests

Participants are free to bring other guests along to the Conference. The registration fees paid by accompanying guests enable them to attend the welcome reception and Conference dinner and cultural event. Accompanying guests are not permitted to participate in the scientific sessions. If your friends, family members, etc. would like to participate in the full conference, they have to register as other participants.

Ghanaian Participants

The participants from Ghana should note that their registration fee does not include accommodation. The Conference fee for the non-presenting participants who are undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD local (Ghana) Students is US$50.  This fee includes all conference activities except the Conference dinner and cultural events. The other fees per the category of participant is in the table above.
